Two young Star Wars fans were critically wounded after a homemade "lightsaber" blew up and showered them in burning petrol.
The 17-year-old girl and a man aged 20 were believed to have filled a fluorescent light tube with petrol before setting it alight.
However, their stunt went tragically wrong when the device exploded in their faces, setting their clothes afire and leaving them with horrific burns.
The horrific accident was revealed when firefighters were called out after reports of a blaze in woodland in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. Somewhere in england i'd guess.
When the crew arrived the fire was out and they discovered the pair lying in agony on the ground. I think they were really reinacting the end of the flick.
The man is believed to have suffered burns to 40% of his body.
Firefighters gave the stricken pair first-aid while waiting for paramedics to arrive. They were taken to a local hospital and later transferred to a specialist burns unit in Chelmsford, where they remained in a critical condition.
Specialists said the burns were so horrific that each of the patients had only a 50% of survival.
The tragedy came just days after the sixth Star Wars film - Revenge of the Sith - was released at cinemas. Dont blame george for this one, these were extreamly stupid kids. maybe i should try it tho, i can go as a freakin anakin french fry next halloween.

I heard this on the radio yesterday while I was in a dentist chair getting a cleaning, I lauged so hard I coughed saliva all over the hygienist -which was even funnier in itself.

damn....you'da thought evoulution would've rid us of people that dumb. if your gonna set yourself on fire though i guess thats a good way
