Trey Spruance and his band ASVA

more like this here : Tunes

(spruance left/bukezilla right)

the plan was a night down town with the fellas
after taking in some house music and t&a at buffalos hottest new night club the warehouse (and was stricken with boredom)so for nostalgia
we headed to one of my favorite bars for years the continental

at the door "the guy from mr bungle is playing tonight" i was informed

ASVA (web of mimicry)took to the cons stage around 1am.

after the set i found myself acting like a 13 year old groupie at a N'sync concert when i approached Trey at the bar
(not everyday to you walk into a bar that you have going to for 10 years and just happens that one of my most respected musicians is standing at the same bar i've had thousands of drinks at)

Trey Spruance was a founding member of Mr.Bungle and Secret Chiefs 3
and also recorded all the guitar for Faith No Mores King For A Day...Fool For A Lifetime

for those of you that are not familar with his work-
Mr.Bungle -California
Mr.Bungle -Disco Volante

Secret Chiefs 3 - Book M
